  • Initial development of associated workflows and automations (minimal public distribution).

  • Limited outreach for collaboration.

  • No formal business structure.

• Phase 2:

  • Greater consistency in subject selection and approach, but with continued iteration.

  • Development and dissemination of repeatable playbooks and more broadly useful automations.

  • Regular cadence of collaboration with experts.

  • Registered sole proprietorship.

• Phase 3:

  • Expansion of covered subjects and collaborations using refined playbooks.

  • Development of discrete tools available to any individuals or organizations seeking to improve communication and access to useful information.

  • Spinoff nonprofits to support, distribute, and continue development of suitable tools/projects.

  • Formal benefit corporation with associated reporting requirements.
